Understanding AP Macroeconomics Grade Calculations
There are two separate assessments in AP courses: your classroom grade (what this calculator addresses) and the AP exam in May (scored 1-5 by College Board). These are graded entirely separately.
AP Macro finals require drawing and interpreting AD-AS, money market, and loanable funds graphs accurately. Classroom finals typically cover: GDP, fiscal and monetary policy, aggregate demand and supply, the loanable funds market, and forex. The weight is usually 25-35% of your course grade — verify with your teacher's syllabus.
