650 marks is an elite score - expected All India Rank around 1,200-3,500, the top ~0.3% of candidates. Top government medical colleges are well within reach across both All India Quota and state quota. AIIMS New Delhi and the most sought-after institutes generally require ranks inside the top 50-100 (roughly 700+ marks), so 650 keeps almost every other top government college open.
At this level you are competing for fractions of a percentile. The difference between 650 and 680 is small in marks but meaningful in access to the very top institutes, and it comes almost entirely from Biology accuracy and zero careless Physics losses.

Note the difference between "college access" above and "passing marks" — the two are often confused. NEET UG 2026 was re-conducted on June 21, 2026 after the original May 3 paper was cancelled following a paper-leak incident, and the result was declared on July 16, 2026 — ahead of NTA's own July 20 target — at the official portal (neet.nta.nic.in). Over 11.21 lakh candidates qualified out of nearly 20 lakh who appeared, with Aryan Gupta and Panshul Bansal jointly topping the exam at 715/720.
